At our recent appointment Oggy saw a new veterinarian, “Dr. Samantha” who we really liked. I have been taking my dogs to Hillside (all 5) since 1996 & Dr. Samantha’s care reflected the type of care that has kept me going back to Hillside for all these years even though it is over a half hour drive for me. Dr. Samantha took plenty of time to listen to all of my concerns, answer all of my questions & reassure me about some of my worries that were more about “old age” issues than actual illness concerns. Dr. Samantha also cited recent research regarding Oggy’s issues & her overall care reflected strong veterinary knowledge. I look forward to Dr. Samantha’s care in the future. Also, Adriana & Isabella, who provided supportive care, were excellent, giving Oggy attentive, professional, individualized care. Finally, I consistently appreciate the front desk staff: Lisa, Carol, Marae, Stevie, Steph, Bethany, etc. - always helpful, friendly & responsive. Thank you Hillside for many years of extraordinary care!

Hillside Veterinary was very professional and invitng. The receptionists were very friendly. They offer anesthesia free dental cleanings, which is a huge plus for me. So far I'm happy to have switched to Hillside.

This place is Deplorable, first let’s speak about the staff(or kids that hate their jobs so they are on the phone , giggling on the internet or just simply have something better to do then to greet you. Then there’s the so called techs that obviously don’t do their jobs to even know what your pets name is ( after you spend more the 3000.00 dollars on your pet.) then when you actually get the rare opportunity to see a so called veterinarian they prescribe either and both in this case the wrong medication or too much of a dose.And when all is said and done they have the techs come out and tell you the wonderful news that your pet will be okay, however you will need to spend this amount another 6-8 times as that’s how long it will take the Dog to heal in a perfect world. Which it is not. Run to any other animal veterinarian. They are deplorable at HILLSIDE Veterinarian!!! Oh and buy the way , nothing they sell you will work!

Dr. Ryan and the team at Hillside Vet are PHENOMENAL! I took my senior dog in for an exam in February. Not only did they provide x-rays, medications, and his rabies vaccine for a fair price, Dr. Ryan also took almost 30 minutes to answer every question I had in detail. We ended up having to put our dog down in March, but we received the sweetest sympathy card from the whole team. The level of service and customer care at Hillside are unparalleled. I won't go anywhere else again!
